We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in St. Clair Shores. Please call (586) 773-1010 to request an appointment. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment we ask that you give us 24 hours notice. If you will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We usually cannot see you if you be more than 10 minutes late.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional PPO insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Leverenz Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations. Leverenz Dental is not a Medicaid provider. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
